HOUGHTON, N.Y. – Freshman Victoria Harper did not seem affected by the chilly air and snow as she posted the ninth-fastest time in school history to lead the Spring Arbor University women's cross country team to a fifth place finish at the NCCAA National Championship, hosted by Houghton College, on Saturday.
